STEP 1:
Connect With Us
Submit your inquiry, and a member of our Franchise Development Team will reach out within 24 hours to check territory availability. We’ll also walk you through the process and share what’s next.
STEP 2: “Getting to Know You” Zoom Call/Google Meet
This introductory call is a relaxed way for us to connect, hear your story, and see if there’s a strong fit. We’ll answer your questions and get to know your goals, experience, and timeline.
STEP 3: Review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
You’ll receive our FDD, which outlines everything you need to know: investment breakdowns, company background, support systems, and legal agreements. We’re happy to schedule a Q&A call to walk through any section.
STEP 4: Attend Discovery Day
Join us at Alpha Grill HQ! Meet our leadership team, tour existing locations, and get in-depth presentations from each department—from operations to marketing. You’ll experience the Alpha Grill culture firsthand.
STEP 5: Development Territory Review
Following Discovery Day and if approved, you’ll receive a custom Area Development Agreement. This outlines your territory, unit commitment, and your proposed development timeline.
STEP 6: Execute the Development Agreement
It’s go time! You’ll sign the agreement, pay your initial territory fee, and officially become part of the Alpha Grill franchise family.
STEP 7: Site Selection & Build-Out
Our experienced real estate and construction team will help you:
Identify ideal locations
Negotiate lease terms
Connect with trusted contractors
Manage the build-out process from start to finish
We’re with you every step of the way.
STEP 8: Franchisee Training
Our two-phase training program includes:
Corporate HQ & classroom training
In-store operations training at your location
On-site support before, during, and after your Grand Opening
We’ll equip you with everything you need to run a successful Alpha Grill.
STEP 9: Build the Hype
Our marketing team is fire when it comes to social buzz.
We’ll launch your brand locally using:
Social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Digital marketing
Local PR
Grand Opening campaigns
Our goal: pack your opening day with customers and momentum.
STEP 10: Grand Opening!
